So -- at some point, the Prophet Rastafar should be telling a group of people the story of Thusly, the Hamster. Perhaps that's how we meet him. And when Jingles (or anyone else, for that matter) asks him for advice, he'll say, "Well, you remember the story of Thusly the Hamster:" and continue w/advice, and draw a different conclusion from it every time. Or perhaps we can have him at a council scene. Or have King Ben go to him for advice.
